The initial stage involves settling into our team and completing the Day Lewis Induction training. Depending on your previous pharmacy experience, you may need to complete a pharmacy assistant course, which can take between 3-6 months.

Our vision is to develop the next generation of Pharmacy Technicians. We support training and course reimbursement. The BTEC Level 3 Diploma - Principles and Practices for Pharmacy Technicians is an integrated course designed to meet the needs of learners and pharmacies, especially as the role and recognition of pharmacy technicians grow.

Reporting directly to the Pharmacist Manager, your support as a Pharmacy Assistant is vital for the provision of advanced and enhanced services.

• Assist the Pharmacist in developing the pharmacy by ensuring excellent customer service and effective operation in line with company policies.
• Assist on the front counter, welcoming and supporting patients.
• Be an integral part of a small, dedicated team.
• Develop relationships with patients and healthcare organizations to deliver effective, patient-friendly customer service.
