The initial stage involves settling into our team and completing the Day Lewis Induction training. Depending on previous pharmacy experience, additional training such as a pharmacy assistant course (lasting 3-6 months) may be required.

Our vision is to develop the next generation of Pharmacy Technicians, supporting their training and course reimbursement. The BTEC Level 3 Diploma - Principles and Practices for Pharmacy Technicians, is an integrated course tailored to the needs of learners and the pharmacy sector, aligning with the growing responsibilities and recognition of pharmacy technicians.

Reporting directly to the Pharmacist Manager, your support at the Pharmacy Assistant level is crucial in delivering advanced and enhanced services.

• Assist the Pharmacist in developing the pharmacy business by ensuring excellent customer service and effective operation of the dispensary in line with company policies.
• Assist on the front counter, welcoming and supporting patients.
• Be an integral part of a small, dedicated team.
• Build relationships with patients and healthcare organizations to provide effective, patient-friendly service.
