Your Role as a Pharmacy Assistant
  • Assist in dispensing medications under the supervision of a pharmacist, maintaining accuracy and legal compliance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring patients feel heard and valued.
  • Help maintain an organised and efficient workflow within the pharmacy.
  • Manage inventory by organising, stocking, and ensuring the integrity of pharmaceuticals.
  • Use computer systems to process prescriptions, manage stock levels, and handle customer queries.
  • Keep the pharmacy environment clean and orderly.
