Job summary

Day Lewis Plc is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant to join our Bath team. As part of a busy, patient-focused pharmacy, you will support the Pharmacist and engage with customers on the counter.

The role requires an NVQ2 in Pharmacy and a track record of reliable teamwork. You will contribute to delivering excellent service, supporting dispensing activities, and helping to uphold company policies in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• NVQ2 in Pharmacy or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer-facing roles is advantageous.
• Familiarity with pharmacy policies and patient care.

Responsibilities

Assist the Pharmacist in developing the pharmacy business by ensuring the dispensary delivers a superb level of customer service and operates effectively with regards to company policies and procedures. Assist on the front counter and be a great welcome and support to patients. You will be an integral part of a small, hard-working and compact team. Developing relationships with patients and healthcare organisations to ensure that we deliver the most effective and patient friendly customer service.
