Skills4Pharmacy invites applications for a Pharmacy Assistant Apprentice to support daily pharmacy operations, assist customers, and work closely with the team to ensure safe and efficient service. You will complete a Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant Apprenticeship alongside your role, with full training and support provided.

Qualifications

GCSEs at A-C or 4-9 in Maths and English desired, but not essential as training can be provided.
No previous pharmacy experience required; full training provided.
Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant Apprenticeship with Functional Skills if required.

Responsibilities

Assist customers at the medicines counter and respond to queries.
Help with preparation and supply of prescriptions under supervision.
Handle stock, deliveries and maintain accurate records.
Use pharmacy systems to process prescriptions and sales.
Maintain cleanliness, health & safety, and confidentiality.
Work as part of a team to ensure excellent customer service.
