Lincolnshire Co-op is seeking a Checking Technician to ensure every prescription is right, every time. You’ll perform final accuracy checks on dispensed prescriptions, review for anomalies and ensure regulatory compliance, while supporting stock management and maintaining patient confidentiality.

You’ll apply your pharmacy knowledge and professional judgement to guide safe medicine use and work closely with prescribers and colleagues in a busy pharmacy environment.

Aufgaben

• Carrying out thorough final accuracy checks to ensure prescriptions, medication, labelling and patient information are correct.
• Reviewing prescriptions to identify anomalies, incomplete information or potential interactions, and resolving concerns with colleagues and prescribers.
• Ensuring medicines meet pharmacy, regulatory and safety requirements while maintaining high quality and patient confidentiality.
• Using pharmacy knowledge to provide guidance on safe and effective use of prescribed medicines and support colleagues when needed.
• Supporting stock management and quality checks to maintain a safe, organised and efficient service.
