Job summary

United Biosource Corporation (UBC) is seeking a Project Manager - Pharmacovigilance in the United Kingdom to lead PV project teams and ensure milestones are met on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role focuses on start-up through close-out, client communication, and project governance, with exposure to global PV regulations.

Ideal candidates will have PV and project management experience within CRO or pharmaceutical settings, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 2 years direct project management experience at a CRO or pharmaceutical company and/or 4 years of pharmacovigilance experience or equivalent.
• Knowledge of global and local PV regulations and legislation.
• Strong project management, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to identify, document, track and resolve project action items for multiple programs.

Responsibilities

• Manages Pharmacovigilance project(s) as assigned by PV Management per scope of work and within contracted budget and timelines.
• Oversees on-time, on-budget delivery of contracted scope of work.
• Serves as primary client contact and coordinates internal project communications.
• Prepares project timelines and project management deliverables.
• Maintains project management plans, training matrices, and CAPAs related to PM issues.
