Enimed Pharmacy Group is seeking an experienced Pharmacist Manager to join our independent, community-focused network. You will oversee day-to-day dispensing operations, deliver clinical services and ensure patient safety across branches.

Lead a professional pharmacy team, mentor staff, build partnerships with GP practices and healthcare professionals, and drive continued service development within a supportive, well-invested environment.

Effectively manage and be responsible for day to day operations of the branch including dispensing, accuracy checking and delivery of clinical services.

Build and maintain successful working partnerships with colleagues, patients, GP practices and other healthcare professionals.

Lead a professional and productive pharmacy team, creating a culture of excellence, accountability and continuous progress.

Maintain company performance indicators on an ongoing basis, staff and maintain the highest level of patient safety and care.

Mentoring, guiding and developing the abilities of team members to prepare them for future jobs.

This is a full-time position backed by an experienced and long-standing staff. Salary compensation will be in line with the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience
