Boots in Plymouth is seeking a Pharmacist Store Manager to lead patient-focused care and drive store performance. You will coach and develop the team, deliver the pharmacy strategy through expert care, and uphold legal and ethical standards across the pharmacy.

As a pivotal role, you will build capability, conduct risk-based audits, and provide a wide range of professional services while ensuring top patient safety and service quality at all times.

Qualifications

• Registered pharmacist with the relevant regulator (GPhC/PSNI/PSI).
• Proven ability to coach and develop individuals and teams.
• Strong leadership to deliver company strategy and drive performance.
• Excellent communication with customers, patients and stakeholders.
