Are you a Band 7 Pharmacist looking for a rewarding locum role in London? We have an exciting opportunity with great pay and flexibility!

- Job Title : Pharmacist Band 7 - Location : London - Duration : Ongoing Contract - Schedule : Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, 37.

What You'll Be Doing : Join our team as a Pharmacist and play a key role in improving the lives of hospital inpatients. In this role, you will:

- perform comprehensive clinical screening of inpatient drug charts - review, assess, and correct medication charts to ensure accuracy and appropriateness of therapy - deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes - collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care - maintain accurate patient records

Requirements & Qualifications : To be successful in this role, you will need:

- a current and valid GPhC registration - experience working in hospital settings - experience with clinical screening of inpatient drug charts - experience working on wards - strong communication and interpersonal skills - the ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team - a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Desirable: - experience with EPMA systems - experience working with infectious diseases and cardiac patients

Working Hours & Contract Duration : This role offers a flexible working position and requires availability from Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, 37.5 hours per week. The contract is ongoing with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
