Well-established pharmacy service provider in Bristol, dedicated to offering exceptional care to our community. Due to an increased demand for our services, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Relief Pharmacist to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional looking for flexibility, variety, and the chance to make a real difference in patient care.

Key Duties

  • Provide high-quality pharmaceutical care across multiple pharmacy locations in Bristol.
  • Dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently, ensuring patients receive the best possible advice and care.
  • Manage stock levels, ensuring the pharmacy is well-stocked and in line with regulations.
  • Offer expert advice to patients on medication use, side effects, and general health queries.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in the provision of pharmacy services.
  • Work collaboratively with pharmacy support staff to maintain an efficient, professional service.
  • Provide guidance and training where needed to junior staff or trainees.
  • Offer a friendly and professional service, maintaining strong relationships with patients and healthcare professionals.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • Previous experience working in a community pharmacy setting is desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical law and regulations.

  • Ability to work well under pressure, with great attention to detail.
