This nationally renowned group is a major community pharmacy provider, rapidly expanding in the industry and offering key services for the community. The company is undergoing a significant restructure, providing fast career growth opportunities for suitable candidates. This is exemplified by an immediate 10-week training course to equip you with the necessary tools for success.
Following training, you will have the autonomy to manage the pharmacy, expand services, and implement new functions as needed.
The role involves overseeing daily pharmacy operations and leading the pharmacy team in delivering community services, including prescription support, medication services, and clinical advice. You will supervise the procurement, preparation, dispensation, and distribution of medicines, ensuring excellent care and service standards.
