At Practice Plus Group, our pharmacy teams ensure medicines optimization is embedded into everyday practice. The primary focus will be to provide a dispensary and wing-based clinical pharmacy service and collaborate with the Lead Pharmacist to offer medicines management support within HMP Bure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provision and delivery of a safe, legal, high-quality prison pharmaceutical service.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Healthcare and multidisciplinary team to meet contractual obligations.
  • Provide expert advice on pharmaceutical matters daily.
  • Ensure a safe, modern medicines management service for prisoners.

Qualifications and Skills:
