Job Description:

Key Duties

  • Manage day-to-day pharmacy operations, including dispensing medications, patient counseling, and medication therapy compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including NHS standards and pharmacy best practices.
  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering, stock rotation, and expiry date monitoring.
  • Provide clinical services such as vaccinations, health screenings, and medication reviews.
  • Create a positive work environment and lead a team of pharmacy technicians and support staff.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community organizations to promote health and wellness initiatives.
