Job Title: Band 7 Oncology Pharmacist

Hours: Full Time
Contract Duration: Ongoing
Salary: Up to £280 Daily

• Deliver exceptional pharmaceutical care tailored to oncology patients.
• Work efficiently with the multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care.
• Utilise your experience with NHS oncology to manage chemotherapy prescriptions via ChemoCare.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on oncology medications, including side effects and administration.
• Conduct thorough medication reviews to optimise treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop oncology treatment plans.
