Downton Pharmacy is a well-established high street pharmacy located near Salisbury. Dispensing approximately 5,500 NHS prescription items each month, the pharmacy also offers a range of services including the New Medicine Service, Hypertension monitoring, Flu Vaccinations, Pharmacy First, and a variety of private healthcare services. With an annual turnover of £750,000 and competitive rent and rates of £18,000 per annum, this pharmacy presents an excellent opportunity for ownership.
