Up to £64,900 + Attractive Benefits Package

Full-Time – 44 hours per week

Location: Tunstall, Stoke-on-Trent

We’re representing a nationally recognised pharmacy group undergoing an exciting period of expansion and transformation. As part of this growth, they are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist Manager to lead a high-performing team in delivering first-class community pharmacy services.

You’ll be supported from day one with a comprehensive 10-week induction and training programme, equipping you with the tools to thrive and progress quickly within the organisation. Once established, you’ll enjoy autonomy to shape the service, develop your team, and grow the pharmacy as if it were your own.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy

Deliver a wide range of community services, including prescription fulfilment, medication advice, and clinical support

Supervise all aspects of procurement, preparation, and dispensation of medicines

Ensure regulatory compliance and consistently high levels of patient care

Foster a positive, productive team culture

Salary up to £64,900

4-day work week (44 hours)

33 days holiday (including bank holidays)

Requirement:

MPharm qualification and GPhC registration

Community pharmacy experience (preferred but not essential)
