We've got a fantastic opportunity for a Pharmacy Manager to join our Brampton store, which dispenses over 3,600 valued items on average to the local community each month.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will have every opportunity to lead and shape your service and put it right at the heart of the store.

Our Pharmacy Managers are responsible for the following:

1. Emphasising the importance of clinical governance and investing time in training your colleagues.
2. Proactively developing pharmacy sales, services, and profitability in a cost-effective and safe manner, adhering to legal, ethical, and company requirements/systems.
3. Managing the department and staff competence, ensuring the development and sharing of best practices within a high-performing pharmacy team.
4. Focusing on daily operations and medium-term planning, including regular audits of staff, services, systems, records, and standards.

About you

As Pharmacy Manager, you will have a genuine desire to help others, lead your team, and enhance current services. Additionally, you will:

• Possess a Pharmacy degree.
• Hold membership of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
• Demonstrate excellent team management and communication skills.
• Undergo a DBS check (organized by us) prior to employment if you are a pharmacist.
