• Must be a registered healthcare professional with post-registration experience.
• Demonstrates strong communication, assessment and report-writing skills.
• Works collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and maintains records to governance standards.

• Conduct functional assessments and produce clear, accurate reports.
• Apply clinical judgement to assess physical and mental health conditions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals.
