Job summary

Boots UK in Norwich is seeking a qualified pharmacist to make a real difference in the community. You’ll use your clinical expertise daily, supported by a strong team and Boots tools to deliver NHS, locally commissioned and private services with patient safety at the core.

You’ll lead professional and regulatory standards, mentor colleagues, and collaborate with the Store Manager to grow the healthcare team while representing Boots within the local network. CPD and career development are valued.

What You’ll Be Doing

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering NHS, locally commissioned, and private services using both in-store and digital tools
• Leading professional and legal standards for patient safety and pharmacy compliance
• Monitoring, evaluating, and continually improving standards of care and safety
• Working with the Store Manager to develop the capability of the wider healthcare team
• Growing talent that reflects the communities we serve; coaching, mentoring and supporting your colleagues every step of the way.
• Representing Boots within the local community and with healthcare professionals

What You’ll Need To Have (our Must-haves)

• Registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
