Job summary

Boots is seeking a registered pharmacist to deliver NHS, locally commissioned, and private services with clinical guidance and a strong patient-first approach. You will work with a capable team and use in-store and digital tools to support safe, high-quality care.

Responsibilities include leading patient safety standards, improving care quality, and collaborating with store leadership to develop the healthcare team. Boots offers development paths and community engagement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience leading patient and customer care within a pharmacy setting.
• Passion for delivering essential, advanced, and private services.
• Collaborative, team-first mindset and eagerness to coach others.

What you’ll be doing

• Growing talent that reflects the communities we serve; coaching, mentoring and supporting your colleagues every step of the way.
• Representing Boots within the local community and with healthcare professionals

What you’ll need to have (our must-haves)
