Job Duties:

• Accurately prepare and dispense medications according to physicians’ prescriptions and institutional protocols.
• Educate patients on medication use, dosage, side effects, and proper storage — ensuring informed and safe usage.
• Maintain accurate records of dispensing activities and support medication supply chain workflows.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other allied health professionals to resolve medication-related queries and ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Pharmacy from a recognised institution
• Registered Pharmacist with the Singapore Pharmacy Council (SPC) or eligible for registration
