Job summary

Rowlands Pharmacy in Glasgow is recruiting a dedicated Pharmacist to join our team at the Austen's branch. You will dispense prescription medications accurately, provide patient counselling, and collaborate with doctors and nurses to optimise care.

This busy branch uses Medipac robotic distribution and ProScript Connect for dispensing. You'll be registered with the GPhC, have community pharmacy experience, and demonstrate a strong commitment to patient safety.

Qualifications

• GPhC registration is required.

Responsibilities

• Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with legal guidelines.
• Provide medication counselling and support to patients.

• Conduct medication reviews and ensure safe and effective medication management.
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage pharmacy inventory.
• Provide immunization services where applicable.

This branch is staffed with an experienced teamproviding an excellent service to the local community from their setting in ashopping area.. Currently dispensing around 10,000 items per month, this is a relatively busybranch. As well as providing a variety of services, this branch also utilises our Medipac robotic distribution technology. This frees up your time to provide the care our patients deserve.

As well as providing a variety of services, like weight management and travel the b ranch uses ProScript Connect to dispense Prescriptions.

What We Require

• Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
