Boots is seeking a pharmacist focused on delivering trusted care and services in the community. You’ll work with a brilliant team and use in-store and digital tools to provide NHS, locally commissioned, and private services.

Key responsibilities include leading patient safety standards, monitoring care quality, and helping develop the wider healthcare team under the Store Manager. You’ll mentor colleagues and help reflect community needs.

Formación

• Registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI).
• Experience leading patient and customer care within a pharmacy setting.
• Passion for delivering essential, advanced, and private services.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver NHS, locally commissioned, and private services using in-store and digital tools.
• Lead professional and legal standards for patient safety and pharmacy compliance.
• Monitor, evaluate, and improve standards of care and safety.
• Work with the Store Manager to develop the healthcare team's capability.
• Coach and support colleagues and grow talent reflecting the community.

What you'll be doing

Key responsibilities

• Delivering NHS, locally commissioned, and private services using both in-store and digital tools
• Leading professional and legal standards for patient safety and pharmacy compliance
• Monitoring, evaluating, and continually improving standards of care and safety
• Working with the Store Manager to develop the capability of the wider healthcare team
• Growing talent that reflects the communities we serve; coaching, mentoring and supporting your colleagues every step of the way.
• Representing Boots within the local community and with healthcare professionals

What you'll need to have (our must-haves)

• Registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience leading patient and customer care within a pharmacy setting
• Passion for delivering essential, advanced, and private services
• A collaborative, team-first mindset and an eagerness to coach and guide others

It would be great if you also have

• Experience in enhanced services
• A strong understanding of local clinical networks
