We're looking for an experienced Pharmacist to join Phlo in a part time, permanent position. In this role, you'll work directly with the Pharmacy Dispensing team, Operations team, and Superintendent Pharmacist, in a responsible pharmacist capacity. A key focus of this role will be providing a safe and efficient pharmaceutical service from our registered premises, which complies with legal and professional requirements, and ensuring full compliance with our SOPs, Information Governance, Data Protection and company policies and procedure.We're excited to offer a part-time permanent role with flexible scheduling tailored to support your ideal work-life balance:
- Average of 20 hours per week, scheduled between Monday and Friday
- Working 2 to 3 shifts per week, alternating between 2 shifts one week and 3 shifts the next.
- Your specific working days will be mutually agreed upon, ensuring the schedule fits both your personal preferences and our team's needs.
The JobOn a day-to-day basis, you'll be involved in the following:- Acting as responsible pharmacist, ensuring all pharmacy operations comply with professional, legal and company standards
- Ensuring the effective and efficient running of the pharmacy, leading by example
- Collaborate closely with the Patient Care and Patient Services Teams and our delivery partners to provide flexible, patient-focused care solutions
- Conducting regular Audits & Risk Assessments to ensure the highest standards of patient safety and regulatory compliance
- Maintaining procedures and logs in line with the SOPs
- Work Cross-functionally with the engineering, product, and design teams to enhance the Phlo platforms and digital services
GPHC Registered Pharmacist - Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
- Proficient in technology

Pro rata salary ranging from £50,000 and £65,000 per year depending on experience - Opportunity to join a high-growth online pharmacy
