Key Duties:
- Taking the lead in delivering a high standard of pharmacy services.
- Dispensing prescriptions accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.
- Providing medication counselling and support to patients, answering questions and addressing concerns.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals, including doctors and nurses, to optimize patient care.
- Conducting medication reviews and ensuring safe and effective medication management.
- Maintaining accurate patient records and managing pharmacy inventory.
- Providing immunization services where applicable.
- Offering advice on over-the-counter medications and healthcare products.
- Participating in health promotion and public health initiatives.
