About The Role

Your main responsibilities will include:

Delivering the pharmacy strategy through expert care and advice
Accountable for legal and ethical decisions in the pharmacy
Building the pharmacy capability of store teams
Conducting continual reviews through audit, observations, and risk assessment to ensure customer and patient safety
Delivering a range of professional pharmacy services

What You’ll Need To Have

Registered with relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI)
Demonstrated professional expertise and respected by stakeholders, peers, patients, customers and local professionals
Passion for community pharmacy and providing best care for customers
Collaborative with a team‑centered approach
Excellent knowledge of pharmacy operations and national/local services
Great communication skills; able to put people at ease and meet varied needs
