Job summary

AH Pharma Recruiters is seeking a GPhC-registered Pharmacist to join an independent community pharmacy in Cambridge (CB6). The role is full-time with a self-employed regular place of work and a patient-centred service ethos.

You will dispense and check prescriptions, provide clinical advice, support the pharmacy team, and liaise with GP practices and other healthcare professionals. Flexibility and a proactive approach to high standards of care are valued.

Qualifications

• GPhC-registered Pharmacist with NHS experience preferred.
• Patient-focused, professional and able to work independently.
• Experience in community pharmacy desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and clinical pharmacy services to patients
• Dispense and check prescriptions accurately and safely
• Offer appropriate clinical advice and support to patients
• Manage and support the wider pharmacy team

Pharmacist – Independent Community Pharmacy

Location: Cambridge - Self employed regular place of work.

We are currently recruiting for a Pharmacist to join a well-established independent community pharmacy in the CB6 area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist looking to work within a friendly, patient-focused environment where you can play an important role in the day-to-day running of the pharmacy and build strong relationships with patients and the wider healthcare team.

The Role

As the pharmacist, you will be responsible for delivering a safe, professional and patient-centred pharmacy service. You will work closely with the pharmacy team to ensure the smooth running of the dispensary and the delivery of high-quality clinical services.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Providing professional and clinical pharmacy services to patients
• Dispensing and checking prescriptions accurately and safely
• Offering appropriate clinical advice and support to patients
• Managing and supporting the wider pharmacy team
• Providing relevant NHS and private pharmacy services
• Liaising with GP practices and other healthcare professionals where required
• Ensuring all pharmacy processes comply with professional and regulatory requirements
• Supporting the continued development of the pharmacy service
• Maintaining high standards of patient care and customer service

About You
