Our team in Wrexham are looking for a Pharmaceutical Process Technician to support the transition of a new asset from clinical to commercial production. This is a hands-on role in a Grade D cleanroom environment, where precision, safety, and collaboration are key. You'll play a vital role in executing upstream and downstream manufacturing processes, maintaining equipment, and ensuring compliance with cGMP and EHS standards. You'll be part of a dynamic team driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment for cell culture, chromatography, filtration, and vial filling.
  • Ensure safety and compliance by following SOPs, handling hazardous materials, and maintaining inspection readiness.
  • Collaborate across departments to meet production schedules and resolve issues.
  • Support validation, qualification, and documentation activities in real time.
  • Participate in Lean initiatives and process improvement projects.
Knowledge, skills & experience:
  • Degree in a relevant scientific subject + experience in a similar role
  • Ability to take initiative, pitch in, be proactive and be part of a team
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities, including out-of-hours work to support manufacturing continuity and supply for our patients
