A rapidly expanding pharmaceutical company is seeking a CRM Analyst to analyze and optimize its CRM system and uncover valuable insights. This fully remote position offers flexibility, and requires at least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and familiarity with analytics tools.

Qualifications

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing the company’s CRM system, uncovering valuable customer insights, identifying key trends, and ensuring data accuracy. You will play a pivotal role in driving improvements and enhancing CRM effectiveness.

Ideal Requirements for a CRM Analyst
  • Must have previous experience of working within the Pharmaceutical industry (at least 5 years)
  • Experience working directly with Veeva
  • Experience with analytics tools like PowerBI, Tableau, Excel, etc.
Role Responsibilities for a CRM Analyst
  • Provide day-to-day operational support, including troubleshooting, triage, problem-solving, and escalating issues and incidents to relevant teams.
  • Define and perform data quality analysis; identify data quality issues and propose potential solutions.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to ensure smooth information flow and translate data into actionable insights.
