Job description

Evolve is partnering with a leading Pharmaceutical company specializing in rare diseases. They are looking for a Brand Manager specializing in Haematology/Oncology to join their team. You will work in a fast-paced environment, leading the cross-functional team to develop and deliver the brand plan strategy.

This is a full-time hybrid position, requiring commuting once a week to the client’s head office in the East of England region.

Ideal Requirements for the Brand Manager:

  • Minimum of 3 years of brand/marketing experience in the UK Pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience working in rare, highly scientific disease areas is advantageous.
  • An ABPI qualification is preferred but not essential.
  • Experience in developing and monitoring budgets to targets and working effectively with competitive intelligence.
  • Knowledge of local health systems, decision-making processes, funding flows, and patient pathways in Oncology/HaemOnc.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead and organize local HaemOnc engagements, events, conferences, and initiatives, supporting Key Account Managers.
  • Develop strategic communications and training materials for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver pre and post-launch marketing strategies.
  • Support HTA and Tender submissions with Patient Access and Medical teams.
