Job summary

Cpl Group is seeking a Technical Project Engineer to support the delivery of projects for pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical clients and suppliers. You will lead practical project management and validation activities for upgrades, modifications and process development, while contributing to technical project sales and ongoing customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent.
• Experience in pharma/biopharma contexts.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Proven project management experience with GMP/validation awareness.

Responsibilities

• Project management across equipment upgrades and process improvements.
• Coordinate design reviews, URS reviews and FAT/PAT activities.
• Prepare and review GMP/validation documentation.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal teams to meet timelines.
