Job summary

ZS is seeking talented professionals to join our Pharmaceutical Supply Chain & Manufacturing team across Europe at A/AC/C level. This role focuses on complex supply chain challenges within the life sciences sector, helping clients strengthen, transform and optimize operations.

You will work with clients on strategic and operational pharmaceutical supply chain challenges, contributing to projects within your specialist area while gaining exposure to broader supply chain topics.

Qualifications

• Experience within life sciences related manufacturing or supply chain.
• Experience or strong knowledge in at least one priority capability area: CMC, Manufacturing & Quality, Supply Chain Management or Supply Chain Planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and work effectively with different stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients on strategic and operational pharmaceutical supply chain challenges.
• Contribute to projects within specialist area while gaining exposure to broader topics.
• Support clients on complex pharmaceutical supply chain strategy, technology and transformation engagements.
• Apply expertise across CMC, Manufacturing & Quality, Supply Chain Management or Planning.
• Analyse business challenges and translate insights into practical recommendations.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Contribute to developing innovative approaches to supply chain challenges.
• Help clients make informed decisions and deliver sustainable operational improvements.
