Job summary

Aspire Pharma Ltd in Leicester is recruiting a QMS Compliance Executive to provide full administrative support for Quality Control and Assurance activities within the QMS framework. The role covers maintenance, documentation control, training, audits, CAPAs, and regulatory watch as updates arise.

The ideal candidate is a science graduate with 1–3 years’ experience, strong English communication, and proficient MS Office skills; knowledge of Q Pulse or similar QMS is desirable.

Qualifications

• Science graduate with exposure to QA/QMS processes.
• 1–3 years of experience desirable but not essential.
• Proficient in MS Office and strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• QMS Compliance: maintain and ensure compliance with UK/EU GXP, ISO 9001/13485/14971 standards and related manuals.
• Operational Compliance: release of product and credentials as required.
• Regulatory Compliance: monitor legislation/guidance (GMP, GDP, GVP, GCP) and implement changes across the department.
