Job summary

ARx Recruitment Services is seeking an experienced QA Officer to join the Quality Team for a pharmaceutical client in the UK. The role is full-time and on-site, reporting to the Corporate Senior QA Manager and collaborating with UK QA departments to ensure GMP and company procedures are followed.

The candidate should have 2–3 years of QA experience in pharma, ideally with sterile manufacturing exposure, and a solid understanding of GMP and quality systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in a pharmaceutical environment.
• Quality Assurance background with 2–3 years of experience.
• Desirable: experience in sterile manufacturing environments.
• Good working knowledge of GMP and quality systems.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Support Global QA functions and act as QA representative for outsourced activities across multiple sites.
• Administer GMP-compliant quality management documentation and change controls.
• Assist with Manufacturing Authorisations/Product Licences and Marketing Authorisations.
• Review and update SOPs, forms, logbooks and templates.
• Participate in regulatory inspections and QMM meetings; monitor KPIs and standards.
• Contribute to risk assessments and CAPA processes.
• Coordinate with QA teams to ensure compliance across the UK.
