Job Description

The role involves leading the pharma TQ strategic initiative, managing product delivery, developing value propositions, and overseeing cross-functional teams for development and launch activities. The Program Lead will also drive commercialization, gather customer feedback, identify growth opportunities, and report to executive leadership. Responsibilities include managing key performance indicators, regional business needs, and team development.
