Job summary

Ethypharm is hiring a Production Operator for the Orals Line at our Romford site. You will work on a Monday–Friday shift, with 6:00am–2:00pm and 2:00pm–10:00pm rotations, and you will support cGMP-compliant production of pain, addiction and critical care medicines.

You must meet basic qualifications, including GCSE Maths and English and good English communication. A safe, cleanroom environment and training are provided, with opportunities to progress and earn a performance-based salary increase.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) required.
• Strong numerical skills and ability to read/understand data.
• Experience operating machinery in a process-driven environment.
• Good written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Accurate documentation: complete batch manufacturing records with integrity.
• GMP compliance: follow detailed GMP instructions to ensure quality.
• Collaborate with Engineering to resolve machine downtime.
• Teamwork to complete batch-to-batch tasks efficiently.
