Job summary

Ethypharm in Romford is seeking a Production Operator for night shifts. You will join a team producing pharmaceutical products, ensuring cGMP compliance and accurate documentation. The role involves operating machinery, collaborating with Engineering, and maintaining high quality standards.

Ideal candidates have GCSE maths/english, good English, and a process-driven mindset. Onsite role with night hours and a comprehensive benefits package including shift allowance, holidays, and pension.

Qualifications

• GCSEs including Maths and English are required.
• Basic PC literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong numerical skills and ability to read/understand data.
• Experience in a structured, process-driven environment.
• Experience operating machinery.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
• Clear communicator and motivator.
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Accurate documentation: complete batch manufacturing records with integrity.
• GMP compliance: follow instructions and guidelines to ensure quality.
• Collaborate with Engineering to resolve machine issues.
• Work with colleagues to complete batch tasks efficiently.
• Carry out quality checks to maintain patient safety.
