Job summary

Bespak Limited is seeking a Process Engineer to develop, optimise, validate and maintain pharmaceutical manufacturing processes. You will monitor performance, identify opportunities to improve yield and efficiency, and troubleshoot issues to support continuous improvement.

You will collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, QA/QC, Regulatory Affairs and Supply Chain to ensure processes meet GMP, health, safety and regulatory requirements and support technology transfer, scale-up and process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Process Engineering; 3+ years in a regulated manufacturing environment, preferably pharma.
• Knowledge of cGMP, regulatory requirements, process validation and process safety; experience troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Experience with pMDI or aerosolised drug delivery; Lean/Six Sigma or Kaizen is advantageous.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; proactive approach to safety, quality and continuous improvement.
