Job summary

Organon is recruiting an Operations Project Manager to join our world-class manufacturing site in Cramlington, Northumberland. You will plan, oversee and lead site-based projects from idea through to completion, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to meet business requirements and deliver first commercial batches.

The role requires strong project management expertise, scheduling experience and the ability to navigate complex, regulated environments across multiple departments.

Qualifications

• Degree in a Science or Engineering related subject or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in Pharma, FMCG or highly regulated industry.
• Project management expertise.
• Scheduling experience.
• Experience dealing with complexity.
• Worked with multiple departments/stakeholders across the business.
• Understanding of end to end business processes and interdependencies across projects.
• Ability to problem solve and manage change.

Responsibilities

• Drive project management expertise and standardisation.
• Increase capability in others for project management, promoting best practice and ensuring standards are met.
• Develop project execution plans with clear success criteria, costed schedules and resources.
• Deliver approved projects with a strong focus on project controls.
• Track items through to completion of first commercial batches.
• Conduct project reviews and provide senior leaders updates.
• Optimise and improve processes and the overall approach where necessary.
