PCI TRGR Penn Pharmaceutical Services Ltd is seeking a Manufacturing Technician Level 1 to join our Manufacturing department. The role involves hands-on production of solids, liquids and semi-solids to cGMP standards with an active training pathway.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 months manufacturing experience in an allied industry, GCSEs in Maths and English, and strong dexterity, handwriting and attention to detail. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 4 GCSEs grade C or above in Maths & English.
• NVQ Level 2 in Pharmaceutical Packaging would be advantageous.
• Clear and legible handwriting.
• A good standard of personal hygiene.
• Good practical aptitude with hand-eye coordination and dexterity.
• Sound knowledge of cGMP principles.

Aufgaben

• Manufacture solids, liquids & semi-solids using a full range of equipment.
• Inspect tablets, capsules and other pharmaceutical products for defects.
• Complete documentation for batch records, logbooks and cleaning tags.
• Calibrate equipment and record results.
• Maintain housekeeping and clean manufacturing areas.
• Complete effective line clearance and required documentation.
• Follow gowning procedures and wear PPE as required.
