Job Description & SummaryAbout the RoleCustomer Led Transformation Consulting Practice is on an upward trajectory as we passionately pursue our mission of empowering Pharma & Life Sciences (PLS) clients. Our PLS practice is integral to our CLT offering, bridging the spheres of business strategy, experience design, and digital technology.
Role Overview: We seek a dynamic Senior Manager to join us in this exciting phase of growth. This role is perfect for those with robust consulting background and an established track record in transforming customer and front-office functions within Pharma and Life Sciences organizations. Your expertise will be pivotal in driving our ambitious growth plans.
What Your Days Will Look Like- Support the PLS CLT leadership in expanding Customer Led Transformation services, with a special focus on the pharmaceutical sub-sector.
- Lead the deployment of Customer Led Transformation programs, particularly new customer-centric services underpinned by PwC's cutting-edge Salesforce expertise.
- Drive go-to-market strategies, account targeting, and deal origination for priority clients, collaborating with marketing to support these endeavours.
- Co-create and launch innovative client propositions reflecting the latest in customer experience and customer-led change.
- Provide delivery oversight, managing offshore and nearshore teams across operating model changes, customer experience design, and technology implementation.
- Build and maintain senior client stakeholder relationships, ensuring commercial success in complex PLS consulting engagements.
- Contribute to the practice's growth by supporting team recruitment and training, enhancing delivery methodologies, and nurturing internal relationships.
The Role is for you If:- Proven experience in digitally-enabled transformation programs within B2C or B2B environments, delivering tangible benefits including enhanced sales & marketing capabilities, operating model transformations, and customer loyalty improvements.
- Expertise in leveraging advanced analytics to improve patient visibility and customer feedback processing.
- Deep industry knowledge within one or more areas: Pharmaceutical Market (including Biologics, Generics, SoD), Medical Devices, Animal Health, or Broader Health environments.
- A people-focused mindset, capable of designing and delivering compelling experiences for patients, customers, and employees.
- Inspirational leadership qualities, capable of building and guiding high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams across various geographies.
- Strong consulting acumen, with evidence of delivering client benefits and shaping practice growth.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret strategic and operational change drivers for clients, building trust and inspiring through anticipation and exceeding expectations.
- A track record of sustainable senior client relationship building, recognised for expertise and trustworthiness by both clients and colleagues.
- Understanding of emerging technologies and their applications in enhancing HCP/patient and employee experiences.
