Job summary

Nanopharm, an Aptar Pharma Company, is recruiting a Laboratory Technician based in Cwmbran, Wales. You will join the Operations team to support daily lab checks, calibration of equipment and safe handling of chemicals.

You will maintain glassware, stock consumables, and PPE, follow COSHH and GLP guidelines, and assist the Laboratory Supervisor with equipment upgrades. A detail-oriented team player with a scientific mindset is desired.

Qualifications

• First degree in science, pharmacy or related discipline preferred.
• Lab experience in a scientific setting required or desirable.
• Familiarity with safety, COSHH and GLP recommended.

Responsibilities

• Clean and replenish glassware.
• Organise replenishment of consumables and PPE.
• Perform daily checks and calibrations of critical equipment.
• Support Laboratory Supervisor with equipment upgrades.
• Maintain accurate laboratory logbooks and records.
