Job summary

Piramal Pharma Solutions in the United Kingdom is seeking a Quality Lab Equipment Technician to perform qualification, maintenance and troubleshooting of analytical instrumentation, including HPLC and GC, to support on-time project deliveries for internal and external customers.

You will calibrate and qualify equipment (IQ/OQ), maintain logs, manage spare parts, schedule external calibrations, and help uphold safety and SOPs while contributing to a reliable lab environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with calibration, qualification and maintenance of analytical instruments.
• Ability to perform basic troubleshooting under supervision.
• Familiarity with SOPs and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate, qualify and maintain lab instruments (HPLC, GC, etc.).
• Perform basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
• Document calibration, service and repair activities.
• Assist with IQ/OQ installation of new equipment.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and inventory management.
• Schedule external calibrations and maintain logs.
