Job summary

Discover International is hiring a Data and Insights Manager on contract to strengthen UK & Ireland commercial analytics. You will own forecasting, brand planning insights and present recommendations to senior commercial and finance stakeholders.

You will lead market/brand analyses, manage third-party analytics, and drive improvements in reporting and dashboards with the wider insights team, coaching junior analysts along the way.

Qualifications

• Commercial insights or analytics experience within pharma, ideally UK/Ireland market understanding.
• Forecasting capability is a firm requirement.
• Comfort with pharma data sources (IQVIA, NHS data, market data).
• Proficiency with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau/Qlik) and strong Excel.
• Ability to challenge senior stakeholders and explain technical work clearly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market, brand and competitor analysis to inform planning.
• Track performance against brand KPIs with clear readouts.
• Scope and manage market research and third-party analytics projects.
• Forecast patient numbers, market and revenue with finance partners and present findings.
• Improve reporting and dashboards with the insights team.
• Engage customers analytics including segmentation and next best action, coaching junior analysts.
