Myn is recruiting a self-employed pharma contractor recruiter to run your own desk from anywhere in the UK. Earn a potential £160,000 to £200,000 a year by winning contracts and placing contractors with our AI-powered platform.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years as an agency recruiter in pharma (essential).
• Proven record of negotiating and closing contractor deals (essential).
• Clients you can work with immediately, plus a six-month target list.
• Ability to forecast contractor revenue accurately.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a clear growth plan for your desk.

Responsabilités

• Win new contract clients in the pharmaceutical industry and grow the ones you already work with.
• Place contractors using live, pre-screened candidates from our AI-powered platform, so your time goes on clients rather than CV screening.
• Negotiate terms and close contractor deals.
• Sell roles you can’t fill yourself to the wider Myn network and earn commission when they place.
• Forecast your contractor revenue and build a plan to scale your desk.
