Job summary

Myn is seeking an Independent Contract Recruiter to work remotely in the UK with flexible hours. You will act as an independent Recruitment Partner, building your own client base or recruiting from Myn-provided opportunities, while Myn supports with AI tools and admin.

We welcome experienced recruiters who want control over their schedule, energy management, and workload, with the option to focus solely on Myn-generated opportunities for commissions.

Qualifications

• Experience running a contract or temp recruitment desk.
• Strong ability to maintain regular contact with clients and candidates throughout assignments.
• Self-motivated, well-organised and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Qualifying opportunities, engaging candidates and closing placements with a relationship-driven approach.
• Managing your contractor book and keeping clients/candidates informed throughout assignments.
• Proactively facilitating extensions and renewals before assignments end.
• Building your own desk within a chosen speciality if desired.
• Using Myn's AI-powered platform to manage activity with minimal admin.
