The role:

We are seeking an experienced Client Success Manager with a background in market access consulting and project management to join our fast-growing Digital/AI Solutions team. In this role, you will manage multiple client engagements, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure the successful delivery of our cloud-based, industry-leading applications that support pharmaceutical companies in their market access strategies. You will be working across our portfolio of digital tools:

  • Access Hub – Global Market Access Launch and KPI tracker that enables monitoring and dashboarding of key reimbursement metrics at global, regional and country level.
  • Evidence Hub – An AI-powered evidence management solution for HEOR and Market Access teams to track the asset’s own and competitor evidence.
  • Nuro – An AI powered data platform that enables users to analyse analogues and carry out competitive benchmarking out of the box.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for their needs.
  • Lead and manage project timelines, coordinating across design, data and engineering teams to ensure successful execution.
  • Play a central role in understanding client business objectives during scoping phases and project workshops.
  • Be responsible and accountable for the account renewal and expansion targets.
  • Create and manage project timelines spanning the design and development teams.
  • Manage client expectations throughout the project execution and ensure objectives are met.
  • Schedule ongoing reviews, testing and regular client governance meetings.
  • Prepare documents and collaterals to support internal and external communication.
  • Organise client training and materials for project delivery, including user guides for our digital tools.
  • Be proactive, anticipate rather than react to challenges and client needs.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ experience in market access consulting, project management, or a related role within a consultancy, digital solutions provider, or pharmaceutical company.
  • Strong interest and background in client success, account management, or project management within market access.
  • Excellent communicator with experience acting as a client liaison.
  • Strong presentation and PowerPoint skills.
  • Exceptional time management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, product launch and market access is required.
