Inflow is seeking a Research Analyst to support retained executive search assignments in the pharmaceutical CDMO sector. You will map leadership teams, identify senior executives, and produce market maps to support recruitment projects.

You’ll work within the Research & Delivery function, growing toward candidate assessment, search delivery and client development. A curious mindset and strong English skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research senior executives using LinkedIn and industry resources.
• Produce detailed market maps and talent intelligence for retained search assignments.
• Build and maintain accurate candidate records and research documentation.
• Support confidential executive search projects from launch to completion.
• Collaborate with the team to understand search strategy and client requirements.
