Job summary

Inflow Partnership is seeking an Executive Search Analyst to join our Research & Delivery function in London. You will support retained executive search assignments through market mapping, talent identification, and intelligence gathering, building strong candidate records along the way.

As you grow, you’ll expand into candidate assessment, search delivery, and client relationship development, partnering with senior executives and the wider team to understand search strategy and market dynamics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:1 undergraduate degree.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Analytical and research skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Confident communicating with senior executives.
• Proactive, organised and curious approach.
• Experience in pharmaceuticals, life sciences or executive search beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support retained executive search assignments with market mapping and talent identification.
• Produce market intelligence and detailed market maps for assignments.
• Build and maintain accurate candidate records and research documentation.
• Contribute to client and candidate communications and updates.
• Assist in research delivery from launch through to completion.
